Our connection with the land is interwoven with the rise and fall of emotions that permeate our daily lives. Within the layers of a painting worked from experimental methods there is often an unexpected outcome where past experiences merge into a magical time and place. These painting initially come from that hidden place in my mind, where memories of past travels dwell, and then emerge into something very tangible and recognisable. They paint themselves as I watch on.

Painting on synthetic paper / polyester creates magic for me . It is a Ph neutral, non porous,  stable paper. The art work is framed with art perspex to allow for light, safe transportation.
